Goods are usually despatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 12 noon will usually be shipped on the next working day.
Orders are sent either with Royal Mail First Class post or with a courier, depending on weight, size and/or number of items.
In some instances, where you have placed an order for multiple items, you may receive your order in more than one parcel.

You will have the opportunity to select your preferred delivery method from the available options at checkout.
We will ask you to provide your email address and phone number during checkout so that our delivery partners can contact you if necessary.
If you are not in when the parcel arrives, Royal Mail will keep the package at their local depot for up to 7 days, enabling you to pick it up or arrange redelivery. After 7 days, if you have not collected the parcel it is then returned to us.
Other Courier Service
You will usually be notified of a delivery date and time and will be given the option to change it. If they are unable to deliver the parcel, they will advise you of the delivery attempt and they will usually keep the package at their local depot, enabling you to pick it up or arrange redelivery. After their specified timeframe, if you have not collected the parcel it is then returned to us.
Failed or non delivered parcels that are returned to us will incur additional charges. Redelivery charges will apply to orders that need to be reshipped.
Although we will always do our utmost to accommodate amendments to an order upon request, we cannot guarantee it will be possible.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been despatched from our warehouse.
